Knowing that health is the most important thing a human could hope for, you should probably consider some kind of insurance for your own. It is the best way to ensure that you stay alive for the next years without coming down with something that could either cripple you or kill you. You know, whichever comes first. Since everyone has their own way of keeping fit, if they even want to stay fit in this day and age, and some of them do indeed work. And of course, some actually do not work at all and would just be a waste of time for the person doing it ad for everyone involved.

But then our body has limits and we have to remember those limits or else we lose our lives way quicker than what Death was supposed to plan us with. So we get stressed over our health because we hate being sick. We do not want to be sick and we hate it when we have to spend money on something we caught due to an irresponsible night.
Sometimes we think that the human body was such a flawed structure. Some of our limbs really do not make sense as to why they were there in the first place. And we bruise so easily because we are such a fragile bunch. How have we survived like this? Wild animals are much stronger than us and yet WE are at the top of the food chain?
